Uncertain what tier to choose, or not sure how the coaching methods work? You will find the answers below.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a more experienced runner, every tier could be the right fit for you. During our online intake, we can still change tiers if we think another one would be more aligned with your goals.
- Choose bronze if you are very disciplinedand comfortable training on your own, without intensive coaching. The bronzetier is also ideal for those who are training for general fitness or your firstrace and still want guidance but prefer limited contact
- Are you already active and trainingconsistently but prefer room to adjust week by week? Or are you looking forregular check-ins without the weekly pressure? The silver tier will be theideal choice for you
- The gold tier is for those who want thefull coaching experience. Either you have little to no experience, or you aretraining for your next race and aiming to smash your PB. The gold tier will provideyou with fast feedback and flexible plan changes
For monthly subscriptions: depending on your goal we will decide when your training starts. If it is right away, you will get your schedule within 2 to 3 business days. For goals further in time, you will get it at the agreed upon date.
Depending on your distance and total time of preparation before your goal, the training plan will be in your e-mail inbox in 2 to 3 business days.
During the intake, we will discuss: your goal, your running experience, your health (past and present), your training readiness and the total time you can spend. This to make a training plan tailored to your life(style), experience and current fitness level. If together we realize another plan is better suited to you or a goal is not achievable within the set time, we can decide on further steps and adjust.

If, I certainly hope not, you do get injured, we will put an alternative plan in place. One that fits the type of injury you have. We can devise a cross training regimen, or a new strength routine (in concurrence with your health practitioner) and make sure you lose as little fitness as possible. At your request we could also pause the monthly subscription. And pick back up when you are fit again.
